GROOVEment is a joyful fusion of freeform dance, rhythm, and playful choreography that invites you to let loose, connect with your body, and find your unique groove. Tune up, get down, and have a blast as we ignite the dance floor together! This high-vibe experience is for everyone—no dance skills required, just a willingness to move, play, and have fun!


5:15-5:30pm - Arrive and hang

5:30-6:45pm - GROOVEment

6:45pm Light food served


PLEASE BRING:

- Yoga mat or blanket

- Clothes that feel good and are comfortable moving in


Casa Cone is in South Beach (driveway directly across from Chilo Chill entrance, then stay to the left).

This is about feeling good and connecting to your body and each other in a playful and deep way. It’s not about being good or pretty or perfect. This is a mix of freeform movement, stretching, booty-shaking dance choreography, and prayerful moving meditation.


I use somatic & movement techniques from 25 years of teaching experience and 40 years of personal exploration. This will be a lovingly guided space where you can listen to your body wisdom & intuition.
