Alyssa is honored to be a part of it. Above video is dance-for-camera work "Ain't No Grave".

Alyssa dances in Saffell's music video "Be The Love That You Need" with the lovely Emily Cox Turek. Playing with visual metaphors, showing the negative, critical self-talk that we all face from time to time. Its also about bringing light to that part of ourselves, going through those dark places and coming "up" and out the other side. Such a fun project and don't we all need this message?!
More Monkey Chant madness from the gang!
