I offer these small group sessions online and in-person whenever possible.

You get by with a little help from your friends
Imagine the focused attention of a private session enhanced by the joy of being with your best pals. It's a weekly self-care date that fosters connection with yourself, your practice, and your dearest friends.
We can gather online, in-person (location dependent) or a mixture of both. 

HOW IT WORKS:

• You gather a crew of your friends or family to practice together weekly either in the same location or online
• I create a special movement practice for your group and teach you online or in person if we are in the same location
• You pay monthly and decide how you want your crew to contribute
  

DEPENDING ON INTEREST, YOUR SESSION MAY INCLUDE:

• Dynamic Flow movement practice with strength, flexibility and balance
• Meditation, reflection and writing
• Dance parties and spontaneous joy
• Vocal and communication exercises
• Self-care practices
