GROOVEment is a guided embodiment experience through movement, groove and connection. It's a unique concoction of freeform play, mindful meditation in motion, rhythmic training, deep stretching, booty-shaking choreography and full-on dance party. It's about feeling good and connecting to your body and each other, it's not about being good or pretty or perfect. I use somatic and movement techniques from 25 years of experience teaching movement and 40 years of personal exploration.
​Curiosity is the magic sauce so add your own flavor to the mix and let's get weird in wonderful ways. This will be a lovingly guided space where you can listen to your body's wisdom and intuition. This is for all levels and you can modify as needed. Practice not perfection!
