​Day Out Of Time retreats offer a spacious day to rejuvenate yourself, revitalize your practice, and connect with community. These local day-long retreats include movement, meditation, time to relax, read, write and hang with new and old friends.


This retreat will be held both indoors and outdoors so be prepared for variable weather. Bring layers, hat, sunscreen, water bottle, yoga mat and any props you may need. Private location shared upon registration.
