Enjoy a beautiful day reconnecting with yourself and community through yoga, meditation, and writing at the beautiful zen center nestled on the Marin Coast. There will be a morning flow practice, and afternoon restorative practice, as well as time to relax and walk to the ocean! Delicious healthy lunch is included.


This retreat will be held both indoors and outdoors so be prepared for variable weather.
