Since most of us have been sitting more than ever before as we steer our lives with the help of technology, a lot of unnecessary tension has built up in the back fascial line of our bodies. As a result of this, you may find that you are experiencing back, hip, or neck pain. All you will need is a yoga mat or comfortable place to lay down, lacrosse or tennis ball, strap or belt, and a bath towel.
